Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the preparation has not started.

• Cancellation requests must be made by calling us at +91 98765 43210
• Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started
• Customized cakes cannot be cancelled once confirmed

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancellation is made within 2 hours and preparation hasn't started
• Partial refund (50%) if order is cancelled after preparation starts but before delivery
• No refund for customized cakes once confirmed and preparation started
• No refund if order is cancelled less than 2 hours before delivery time

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Quality Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
