Requesting Account Deletion

We respect your privacy and understand if you wish to delete your account with Boxmycake. Please read the following information carefully before submitting a deletion request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• All your personal information including name, email, and phone number will be permanently removed
• Your saved addresses will be deleted
• Your order history will be anonymized
• Any active memberships or subscriptions will be cancelled
• This action is irreversible and cannot be undone

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please contact us through any of the following channels:

Processing Time

Once we receive your deletion request, we will process it within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted. During this period, you may still receive transactional emails for any pending orders.

Important Notes

• If you have any pending orders, we recommend completing them before requesting deletion
• Any outstanding refunds will be processed before account deletion
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• You can also choose to simply log out instead of deleting your account if you wish to return later
